Cascade was built by Carey's boatyard in Picton and launched 1996 as a specialist fishing and diving charter vessel, to the highest standards for safety and comfort. Her home base is in the Bay of Plenty, an hour or two's steaming from White Island, NZ's only active marine volcano and a premier dive location.
Cascade also offers extended charters to the country's most bountiful fishing grounds - Ranfurly Banks and Three Kings, where her superb seakeeping ability, onboard comforts and extensive equipment really prove their worth. Her crew are well familiar with the effect these "angler's eldorados" have on their clients, and delight in being able to offer a fishing experience that, for many, is the best of their lives. |
