Norma Jean is a beamy 45 foot motor vessel based at Mahurangi River, 40 minutes North of Auckland. The scenic, ornithological and historic attractions of the Sandspit, Kawau and Little Barrier Island see Norma Jean in frequent use for sightseeing or ferry trips, while walkaround decks make a great fishing vessel, and with the legendary Mokohinau Islands a little over an hour away, good fishing is almost assured.
Dave and Lynn run a fine lodge on the Mahurangi River, and offer 3 day packages that combine land-based pampering with motor cruising and sailing aboard the schooner Zindabar. An all-inclusivepackage costs around $1000 per person for 3 couples.
