The Farr 1020, at 34 feet, is one of NZ's most popular mid range yachts. A sea-kindly and roomy cruiser, they are also excellent performers, and enjoy strong class racing throughout the country.
Sensation was launched in 1986, and her well maintained teak interior reflects the care her owner John May has taken to keep her in top condition. With a double berth forward, a big quarter berth, a single and a convertible double in the saloon, she makes an ideal vessel for extended cruising of the Hauraki Gulf and Northland waters.
A folding prop and a fractional rig with a furling genoa and Leisurefurl main make sail handling easy while providing plenty of opportunity for those who enjoy fast sailing. |
